The only option for any order return is “EXCHANGE”. This is only applicable within 2 working days once an order has been received. Exchange is made under the following conditions;

• An obvious defected item (example; a tear).
• A mix up in your order and a wrong item different from your original order was shipped.

Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective.
Glambyace will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

You can make payments with your Debit cards or make a direct transfer to the company’s account which has to be confirmed before delivery can be made.

You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Please contact us if you do not get the confirmation email. Once your payment is verified and order processed, parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.

Standard delivery: 1-2 working days. 
Door Step Delivery Price: 1,800 naira
All Nigerian States (Excluding Lagos)
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days. 
Park delivery Price: 2,500 naira
Door Step Delivery Price: 3,000 naira

Please note that all charges are limited to parcels within 0-2kgs any addition will be charged an extra fee of 500Naira per kg.
